Raven Hilton graduated from our Career Catalyst intern to work program in the Summer of 2020 and was hired shortly thereafter at ShopRite as a cart attendant/greeter. Then, after receiving additional training in how to stock, Raven was promoted to a stocker position.

Recently, Employment Support Specialist Wanda Marable stopped by the store to check in with Raven. Wanda was pleasantly surprised and delighted to hear the store manager announcing Raven's name over the intercom as their Employee of the Month. Raven's co-workers were congratulating her, and her supervisor also presented her with a cookie cake.

Wanda said, "She has perfect attendance and great customer service skills. Her co-workers and the customers love her spirit of hospitality."
