The Arc Baltimore's Training Department, in addition to the full training curriculum provided to our staff, offers certain training to the general public.

THE MANDT SYSTEM

Join our training department to learn more about The Mandt System, a holistic, evidence-based training to reduce workplace violence and provide you with the tools to affirm your feelings and choose your behaviors so that you can keep yourself and others safe during challenging interactions.

The class will cover the relational chapters (1-3) and the technical chapters (6-8) over a two-day training experience. The Arc will provide all participants with a Mandt workbook and a Mandt System certificate upon completing the course.

$145.00 per student (two-day) | $85.00 per student (one-day) - * Participants must pay with a certified check to The Arc Baltimore with "Mandt – Training Department" in the memo

The Arc Baltimore will provide light refreshments for breakfast (beverages, granola bars, bananas, etc.), but participants will be responsible for providing their own lunch (microwave and refrigerator available for use).
