All parent and sibling support groups are held at our main office at 7215 York Rd., Baltimore, MD 21212. However, during the pandemic, the groups have been meeting virtually.
Dads Group
(for fathers of children of all ages) - Relax in a casual setting to discuss the challenges and joys of having a child with disabilities on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6 pm to 8 pm. Dinner and childcare (with advance notice) will be provided.

Mom to Mom
(for mothers of children of all ages) - Laugh, cry and share stories with other mothers the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Moms bring food to share with the group. Childcare (with advance notice) will be provided.

Sibshops
(for siblings only of children with special needs) - Every third Saturday of the month from 12 pm to 3 pm, The Arc Baltimore offers SibShops, a peer support workshop. Each workshop allows brothers & sisters, ages 4-13, of children with disabilities to participate in a fun, energetic, and activity-driven experience. SibShops intermingles discussion, activities, games, food, and most of all peer support.

Parents' Day Out
Time for you! Parents' Day Out is held at two different locations 6 -8 times per year for parents or caregivers of children ages 3 to 14 with developmental disabilities. We have competent, trained, loving people just waiting to play games, do crafts, play ball, or just read with your child while you are out relaxing or doing those needed chores.
