Support Groups
All support groups are held at our main office at 7215 York Rd., Baltimore, MD 21212.
Guy Talk (for dads of children of all ages) – Relax in a casual setting to discuss the challenges and joys of having a child with disabilities on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Dinner and childcare (with advance notice) will be provided.

Mom to Mom (for mothers of children of all ages) – Laugh, cry and share stories with other mothers the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Moms bring food to share with the group. Childcare (with advance notice) will be provided.

Moms Understand (for mothers of adult children) – Laugh, cry and share stories with other moms as they discuss the challenges they face as they and their child get older the third Thursday of each month from 12:30 – 2:30 pm. Lunch is provided.

Sibshops (for siblings only of children with special needs) – Siblings, ages 4-13, can expect a fun, energetic, and activity-driven experience that provides opportunities for peer support.

Parents’ Day Out
Time for you! Parents’ Day Out is held at two different locations 6 -8 times per year for parents or caregivers of children ages 3 to 14 with developmental disabilities. We have competent, trained, loving people just waiting to play games, do crafts, play ball, or just read with your child while you are out relaxing or doing those needed chores.
