Patrick Miles manages the strategic plan, focusing on advancing our mission while driving an innovative culture and the strategic direction of the organization.  Before coming to The Arc, Patrick spent 23 years at T. Rowe Price in a variety of leadership roles.  He is a change practitioner and is passionate about The Arc’s mission.  Patrick received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Management from Towson University.
