An Eye for Quality

An Eye for Quality

JUSTIN WALKER is approaching his one year anniversary at Classic Manufacturing Company (CMC), a small business that makes a variety of items, as a full-time presser at their production facility. As part of their quality assurance team, he is the second to last person to address the garment. He irons, removes loose threads and lint, and folds and packages each item. Justin has surpassed expectations with his focus and attention to detail. On top of that, he hasn’t missed a day of work.

After being furloughed due to the pandemic from his job of 20 years, JOE ST. CLAIR jumped at the chance to do something different. He got an assembly worker position at Fiber Electronics, a manufacturer of fiber optic equipment. The job requires a careful and exacting eye for detail to ensure proper quality control. Joe is the right guy for the job and he loves what he is doing.
