Hosting Georgian Advocates

In partnership with the University of Maryland, Baltimore County’s Center for Global Engagement (CGE), The Arc’s Project SEARCH program at University of Maryland hosted five professionals from the country of Georgia who are curious about integrating more inclusivity into their workplaces and sharing best practices in diversity with U.S. partners.

The Arc was one of many stops for the delegation to learn about programs that promote ethnic, gender, and ability inclusion in a wide array of settings. The visitors observed the classroom instruction and several interns and program graduates who currently work at the hospital.
