Centering on the Person

The training will also help The Arc prepare for the new State accreditation process through The Council for Quality Leadership (CQL) that focuses on how well agencies implement person-centered practices and assists them in achieving their personal outcomes.

In addition, four staff - Frank Kirkland, Moneen Blake, Carissa Lawler and Stephen Reyes - will become certified trainers for PCT so we can provide this important training on a regular basis.  Our goal is to have all existing staff trained by 2025 and train all new staff within 6 months of their hire.
