In collaboration with UMBC’s Center for Global Engagement, staff from The Arc Baltimore hosted 25 representatives from the Mandela Washington Young African Leaders Institute. The fellows shared the progress for their respective initiatives in Africa, as well as participated in an engaging conversation with several of our program staff.
In addition, our Director of Employment Services Kim Scroggins mentored one of the fellows during his 5-week visit to the US.
