The training will also help The Arc prepare for the new State accreditation process through The Council for Quality Leadership (CQL) that focuses on how well agencies implement person-centered practices and assists them in achieving their personal outcomes.
In addition, four staff – Frank Kirkland, Moneen Blake, Carissa Lawler and Stephen Reyes – will become certified trainers for PCT so we can provide this important training on a regular basis. Our goal is to have all existing staff trained by 2025 and train all new staff within 6 months of their hire.
