The Arc Baltimore is proud to present its 2025 Annual Report, centered around the theme “From the Foundation to the Future” as the organization celebrates its milestone 75th anniversary. What began in 1949 as a courageous act of conviction by eight visionary parents has blossomed into a pillar of the Baltimore community and a pioneer for community-focused disability services. This year’s report honors that historic foundation while looking forward to a future where the people supported by The Arc Baltimore don’t just participate in the community, but actively lead and define it. From specialized career paths and creative art fellowships to independent living and cultural self-determination, the 2025 Annual Report highlights the incredible, transformative journeys of people thriving in a world where everyone belongs.
