
In partnership with state and local agencies, The Arc Baltimore provides Treatment Foster Care services to children across the Greater Baltimore area. Our program offers individualized, trauma-informed clinical support to both children and their families, promoting healthy development, fostering lasting relationships, and empowering lifelong success.
Every child deserves the love and stability of a supportive family. While no child comes with a guidebook, every parent, biological or foster, has the potential to help a child thrive by embracing their unique strengths and challenges.
