Luminaries, The Arc’s Young Professionals Group, hosted a dozen volunteers for a recent Q&A Soiree, an opportunity to facilitate mock interviews with interns from our employment programs Career Catalyst, Project SEARCH and Business Services. At the close of each interview, the volunteer shared feedback, lessons learned from their own career, and what is it like to work at their company.
