At a special, invitation-only ceremony in recognition of National Apprenticeship Week, The Maryland Department of Labor selected The Arc Baltimore to receive a 2022 Apprenticeship Award for its outstanding contributions to apprenticeship in Maryland through our Direct Support Professional Apprenticeship Program in partnership with Humanim.
Participants in our apprentice program self-study, work with mentors, and test to attain certifications, higher wages and annual bonuses.
