The Arc Baltimore connects people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to meaningful community employment. Our Supported Employment Program offers personalized support to match people with jobs that fit their interests and skills, from entry-level positions to higher-paying opportunities.
Many local employers directly hire people with IDD as valued team members. Our employment specialists and job coaches provide one-on-one training and ongoing support, ensuring successful placement and long-term job retention.
