Current staff can advance through our Maryland Direct Support Apprenticeship Program, in partnership with Humanim, which focuses on professional mastery and offers career growth and pay incentives. Additionally, our Leadership Institute provides seven months of focused leadership training, uniting staff across all levels of the agency.
