We are fortunate to work alongside extraordinary staff members, people with disabilities we support, and dedicated community partners who consistently go above and beyond to advance The Arc’s mission. Each day, their commitment and passion help create opportunities, break down barriers, and ensure that people with developmental disabilities are valued, respected, and included in all aspects of community life.

Through their leadership, compassion, advocacy, and innovation, they create meaningful change and help build a more inclusive and supportive community for everyone. Their work often happens quietly behind the scenes, but its impact is felt in countless lives across our organization and beyond.
