We offer support groups for parents, caregivers, and siblings of people with disabilities. Join a welcoming community where you can share experiences, build connections, and receive encouragement from others who understand your journey.
All support groups are held at our Main Office:
For fathers and male caregivers of children with disabilities
Unwind in a casual setting with other dads to share the challenges and joys of parenting a child with a disability. Dinner is provided.
For mothers and female caregivers of children with disabilities
Laugh, cry, and connect over dinner with other moms who understand the unique experience of raising a child with special needs.
For siblings ages 4–13 of children with disabilities
SibShops offer a fun, activity-filled space where siblings can bond, share, and support one another—all while having a great time.
The Arc Baltimore believes that we must build a shared community that brings together people with disabilities, family members, professionals, advocates, and other collaborators with a unity of purpose to create a stronger community. We respect every person’s inherent value and welcome diverse viewpoints that lead to truly inclusive and equitable practices where all belong and know they matter. Partnerships will be bound by strong communication and a clear vision.
For adult siblings (ages 21+) of people with developmental disabilities
Join our new roundtable group designed to support adult siblings in their evolving roles—as advocates, caregivers, planners, and loved ones. Share your experiences and build meaningful connections.
