Alyssa Navarrete Thorn is a staff attorney at Project HEAL (Health, Education, Advocacy, and Law), a community-based program of the Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Project HEAL is a medical-legal partnership that provides civil legal services to patients of Kennedy Krieger Institute and their families.
Rodney Toulson is the founder and CEO of Restorative Consulting Services and is a Restorative Practices coach, consultant, and licensed trainer who brings a diverse background and experiences in education to his work in restorative practices. He is also the father of a man with autism and understands how to navigate special education services.
