The Arc Baltimore’s 24th Annual Golf Tournament Benefits More Than 6,000 Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

The Arc Baltimore will hold its 24th Annual Golf Tournament on Tuesday, May 15, at The Woodlands and Diamond Ridge Golf Courses, 2309 Ridge Road, Windsor Mill, MD.

Enjoy a day on the links and a chance to network with area business executives, all while supporting The Arc Baltimore and the programs and services it provides to more than 6,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Baltimore City and Baltimore County and their families.

The Arc Baltimore Annual Golf Tournament will feature an 8 a.m. shotgun start and 18 holes of golf – including several special holes and a number of opportunities to win individual prizes, team prizes, and door prizes.

Festivities begin at 7 a.m. with registration and breakfast. Golfers will wrap up the day with lunch and a chance to bid on a great assortment of items – from golf foursomes and sports memorabilia to Orioles tickets and dinners at some of the area’s finest restaurants – during the annual silent auction.

“The Annual Golf Tournament contributes nearly $100,000 each year toward programs and services provided by The Arc Baltimore,” says Kathleen Durkin, the organization’s Executive Director. “The generosity of the golfers and a host of corporate sponsors – including our title sponsor, Scientific Plant Services – has helped to make the Golf Tournament one of The Arc’s most successful fund-raising events year after year.”

Participation in The Arc Baltimore’s 24nd Annual Golf Tournament is $175 for individual golfers and $700 for foursomes.

A wide range of sponsorship opportunities, all off which provide benefits to maximize exposure for your company and interaction with other companies involved, are also available. Social media recognition for sponsors will be bigger than ever and a flat screen TV in the clubhouse will have a rotating visual display of sponsor logos. In addition, all Eagle, Birdie, and Special Hole sponsors will be entered into a drawing for the TV during the tournament luncheon.
