Enjoy a day on the links while supporting the programs and services The Arc Baltimore provides to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, at the organization’s 23rd Annual Golf Tournament.
To be held on Tuesday, May 16, at The Woodlands and Diamond Ridge Golf Courses (2309 Ridge Road, Windsor Mill, MD), The Arc Baltimore Annual Golf Tournament will feature an 8 a.m. shotgun start and 18 holes of golf – including several special holes and a number of opportunities to win individual prizes, team prizes, and door prizes.
Beginning at 7 a.m. with registration, golfers will receive a continental breakfast and lunch, as well as a chance to bid on a great assortment of items – from golf foursomes and sports memorabilia to Orioles tickets and dinners at some of the area’s finest restaurants – during the annual silent auction.
“The generosity of a host of corporate sponsors and the golfers themselves has helped to make The Arc Baltimore’s Annual Golf Tournament one of our most successful fund-raising events,” says Stephen H. Morgan, Executive Director of The Arc Baltimore.
According to Morgan, the Annual Golf Tournament contributes nearly $100,000 each year toward The Arc Baltimore’s efforts to support more than 6,000 adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families living in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
Participation in The Arc Baltimore’s 23nd Annual Golf Tournament is $175 for individual golfers and $700 for foursomes. To register or for more information contact Lauren Seabolt at 410-296-2272, ext. 5220 or lseabolt@thearcbaltimore.org
