The Arc of Baltimore

Congratulations, 2011 Graduates!

This spring these hardworking high schoolers we support crossed the finish line: James Matthew Gannon (Ridge Ruxton School), Patrick Hartnett (CCBC Essex Harbour Horizons), Jamal Johnson (St. Elizabeth School), Rodney La’Rue Rogers (Maryland School for the Blind), Roman Shumyatskiy (New Town High School), Kyle Smith (Battle Monument), Nicole Smith (Dundalk High School), Kenya Walker (Claremont High School), Mary Kathaleen Wilson (Battle Monument School), and William Yorkman (St. Elizabeth School).

James will move on to Progress Unlimited Medical Day, while Patrick and Jamal will begin a vocational program through The League. Patrick will also work three sessions this summer at Camp Greentop as a Work Experience Assistant. Rodney will transition to The League Medical Day, Roman heads for a day program at Linwood Center, Kyle will attend a day program at United Cerebral Palsy, and Nicole starts a vocational program at Life, while Kenya will work at Johns Hopkins Subway Station via the Arc’s Employment program. Like Kyle, Mary Kathaleen will move forward to the United Cerebral Palsy Day Center, and William begins in a day program at Chimes. A round of applause for all your efforts and accomplishments!
